Purchases
I bought Inkweave Pro but don’t see it unlocked
Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy. If you bought through Family Sharing, the family organizer’s purchase should appear automatically once you restore.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in to the same Apple Account, then tap Settings → Restore Purchases. Your Pro unlock is tied to your Apple Account, not to a specific device.
What does Inkweave Pro include?
Pro unlocks every theme pack, the complete daily archive, and all future packs. Two packs are free forever. Pro is available as a one‑time lifetime purchase or a low‑cost yearly subscription, and it’s covered by Family Sharing. The daily puzzle is always free — no subscription required.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Settings → your name → Media & Purchases on your device.
Daily puzzles & streaks
How do the daily puzzles work?
There’s a new Daily Puzzle and a quick Daily Mini every day, the same grid for everyone. The day rolls over at midnight UTC. Past days live in the Daily Archive.
How do streaks work — and how do I fix a broken one?
Your streak grows each day you solve the Daily Puzzle. If you miss a day, you can often repair the streak by solving yesterday’s puzzle from the Daily Archive.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. Inkweave works fully offline, with no account and no sign‑up. Every puzzle is generated on your device, and we don’t collect any personal data — see our Privacy Policy.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements
Game Center is optional. Sign in from Settings to compare your daily solve time on the leaderboard — against everyone or just your friends — and to earn achievements. Inkweave is fully playable signed out.
Accessibility
Is Inkweave accessible?
Yes. Inkweave supports VoiceOver (including custom rotors), Dynamic Type, high‑contrast, and reduced‑motion options.
